Not to worry, all your information is encrypted and we never share information with third party companies.
- Why haven’t you charged my card yet?
We won’t charge your card until your package ships. We just want to be sure your order is complete with no problems before we accept payment!
- Please hurry! I need it by the weekend! What can you do for me?
We are happy to help you get the last minute gift you need to make someone’s day. The best thing to do would be to call us during regular business hours toll free 1-800-361-6499. We’ll usually be able to sort something out, as well as offer expedited shipping options.
- I own a store, do you wholesale?

To immediately begin setting up an account today simply go to the “WHOLESALE” tab on the home page and fill out the “wholesale registration” section and we will be in touch jiffy quick.
Changing an order
- Can I change my order?
For sure! Please be aware that orders often ship within hours of being placed, so you’ll need to be quick! Just call us (toll free) 1-800-361-6499 during regular business hours and we’ll endeavor to change your order. If you want to change an order outside of regular business hours email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order?
Ummmmmm yes ….. but not sure why you would want to :)! Please be aware that orders often ship within hours, so you’ll need to be quick! Just call us (toll free) 1-800-361-6499 during regular business hours. If you want to cancel an order outside of regular business hours email us at email@example.com. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

- How do I return my order?
Please return unworn / unwashed clothing or any other item that is in its original condition within 30 days of purchase to:

I picked the wrong size! Can I exchange it?
Just call us (toll free) 1-800-361-6499 for details. Please note: damaged, worn or washed items will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition when returned.
- Returning damaged/defective items
We personally check every item before it leaves the warehouse, though unfortunately mistakes can happen. To get things moving, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-361-6499 for return instructions. Instructions will vary depending on where you are shipping from.
- What are your shipping rates?

- Where do you ship from and what carriers do you use
Our warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada and all orders are shipped from here and traditional shipping with the following carriers:
CANADA – Canpar
USA – U.P.S.
INTERNATIONAL – Canada Post
P.O. BOX – Canada Post
- Do you ship outside of Canada and the USA?
Absolutely! If Canada Post ships there, so do we! But before you place your order, be aware that you can get FREE shipping too, orders over $120 get free ground shipping, and anything over $160 gets free air shipping. Please note this does not include any applicable taxes and or duty.
- Why was I charged customs fees when my order was delivered?
Some international orders may be subject to taxes and duty on delivery. Unfortunately this is unavoidable when ordering between particular countries. Please consult local laws to determine if this is applicable to you.
- Can I track my shipment?
Easily! After your order is shipped we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Be sure to check you spam folder just in case!
Unfortunately orders shipped via Canada Post regular ground service cannot be tracked at this time.
- Can you customize for my group or special function?
We can add a name drop to the sleeve or back of a t-shirt OR the front of an apron. Get in touch with us during regular business hours at 1-800-361-6499 or email us at email@example.com for more details. Please be aware that custom print runs have additional costs and a minimum of 36 pieces applies.
- What size shirt would I be?
You can find our sizing chart here. Please note all shirts are a unisex cut.
- What kind of shirts do you print on?
We’ve built our reputation on this classic short sleeve tee shirt which is constructed of 10.1 oz, 100% cotton. This fabric is recognized as being incredibly dependable, wearing and washing well to stand the test of time. All of our shirts are hand checked and proofed for defects before leaving the warehouse to ensure the highest quality. Note: Athletic Heather 90/10 Cotton – Polyester blend.
- What kind of aprons do you print on?
Our aprons are 100% cotton and come with a handy front pocket, extra-long ties and an adjustable neck strap. Our aprons are extremely heavy duty and can stand up to the pressure in even the most demanding kitchen.
Children’s aprons are 100% cotton and come with an adjustable neck strap, as well as extra long ties. They’ll easily fit most children.
- Washing instructions?
T-SHIRTS: Wash in cold water and dry on low. If you’re going to iron, DO NOT iron directly on the printed area. To iron, simply turn t-shirt inside out.
APRONS: Wash in cold water and dry on low or hang to dry. To iron the apron, simply turn over and iron the back.
